We will gladly accept the return of products that are defective due to defects in manufacturing and/or workmanship for 60 days from the date of purchase. Fulfillment mistakes that we make resulting in the shipment of incorrect product(s) to you will also be accepted for return 60 days from the date of purchase. In these cases, return shipping will be arranged and paid for by Tiger Edge LLC. A refund or exchange will be processed upon receipt of the return.

Items used by the customer/normal wear and tear does not qualify as a defect, and therefore does not qualify for a return. Items returned in a used state will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
