STEP 1
Please use our contact form to initiate a return. You'll receive an email response within 24 - 48 hours with a prepaid shipping label attached.
STEP 2
Attach the prepaid label to your return package and drop it off at your local USPS facility or leave it in your mailbox for your USPS mail carrier to pick up.
STEP 3
You'll receive an email notification as soon as we receive the package to let you know that your refund is processing.
